What a pleasure it's been working with Michael in connection with several very complicated valuations tied to a 9-figure Estate on which I'm the Trustee.  This included going head-to-head with the IRS's big gun appraisers who were challenging values tied to certain of our properties.  Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, well-prepared, and spoke with a confident grasp of the foundational metrics upon which the math more easily followed.  I have no doubt that he was respected by the Auditor, as well as, other members of our legal and operations team who deferred greatly to Michael's expertise.  It is without hesitation that I would engage him again for another like assignment.
